Our mobile trailer brings the heart of the café to festivals, private gatherings and community events around the region. Summer fair, corporate celebration or neighborhood get-together, we take pride in serving guests wherever they are.
Tender brisket sandwiches, brisket mac and cheese bowls, fresh-baked desserts and a huge selection of handcrafted drinks, served with the same warmth and care we pour into every meal at the café.
