We're a small, family-run team, and every role touches a little of everything: the espresso bar, the kitchen, the bakery case, catering events and The Texan Express at local festivals. The pace is quick and the work is shared.
If you like staying busy, take pride in doing things right, and would rather spot what needs doing than wait to be told, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
- Pull espresso and make our drinks
- Food prep, baking and kitchen work
- Work local festivals with The Texan Express
- Take care of our guests
- Set up and run catering events
- Help with marketing: photos, events and social media
Who we're looking for
- A great attitude and a strong work ethic
- You'd rather stay active than stand around
- A good sense of humor, and you show up on time
- You solve problems before they're handed to you
- Barista or kitchen experience, or you learn fast
- Cake or cookie decorating skills are a plus, not a must
