The Texan Story
Bringing Southern Flavor to the PNW
The Texan was founded by Ross Baker and his wife Amanda, who moved from the heart of Texas to Washington in 2019. Ross and Amanda have worked in education for more than 20 years but have a passion for food and hospitality. The idea started with catering school and church events and evolved into dreams of a food truck, ultimately leading to the creation of The Texan coffee stand. Now, the Bakers and their two sons, John Ross and Remington, are happy to share their southern roots and hospitality with you.
